If I post urgent next day delivery on Saturday, will it arrive Sunday?

Basically, I need to send my DVLA form to the DVLA in Swansea and received an email saying it has to be with them by the 3rd. I have two questions:
1) The DVLA isn't open Sunday but if it arrives Sunday will it still count? Or will they cancel it?
2) If they will accept it, will the Royal Mail deliver Saturday to arrive Sunday?

There's no post on Sunday so it would arrive on Monday.

Do you know whether the DVLA will extend the time the letter needs to be in by?
Afraid I work for Royal Mail not DVLA so can't answer that.

You can do next working day delivery. Sunday isn't a working day, so it'll arrive on Monday.
