Hi
So I have fallen very behind on my work! I am so behind on my work that I am really stressing out and i know its going to affect my grades. the thing is usually if this happens, i bounce back from it an just power through my work and get a major chunk done. but know i cant do that at all, no matter how far I fall behind i have no focus and no energy to get it done. it took me 4 hours to read one side of A4 the other day... and I was trying to stay calm and not judge myself, just keep at it.. but it was like my brain was switched off.
I am really worrying because i have mocks and my uni interviews next week. I am very unprepared for both.
Has anyone got any advice on how i can recover from this and get back on top.
