Short answer: no.

Longer answer: you need maths. It's normally considered more important that physics for entry to any worthwhile degree. This is because of how much maths you will use during a physics degree. In first year (in an English university), they are going to expect you to be comfortable with one dimensional calculus and solving most equations (that have an analytical solution). You will also need to do maths courses extending the calculus knowledge to vectors, complex numbers, matrices ect.

EDIT: You could probably do a foundation year designed for people who have done the wrong subjects at school.
