Help!

Good evening I'm currently completing an assigmnet for Chemistry for Biology technicians which is kicking my ass. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me with any of these questions- Detail the relationship between electrical conductivity, pH and Ka.Describe how the ionisation of two amino acids is key to their separation during electrophoresis.Thank you

The bigger the value of Ka, the further to the right the following equation is: HA <-> H+ + A- and the lower pH will be (for a given conc of HA). This means there will be a higher conc of ions in solution and therefore the more electrical current can flow.

You'll have to read up a bit about zwitterions and isoelectric points to understand your second point. Do that, then ask again about any specific problems you may have.

does that about cover the requirements for the second question?
