Lost GCSE certificates?!

I have an Adult Nursing Interview tomorrow and need to bring certificates.

Can't find them anywhere, looked in the whole house. I have the results slip that was given to me on results day that has all the subjects and grades but is this good enough?

How can I handle this? I can get replacements done in the future but what should I say tomorrow?

Apologise to the interviewer and say replacements are on the way. The results slip won't be enough usually
