Housing in Southampton

One first year law student and one second year history student are looking for three housemates for next year. The house is semidetatched, backs onto the common, has a large lounge and kitchen, is a ten minute walk to both campuses, and has a parking space too! It is also really near bus stops. Landlady is lovely and the house hasn't given us any issues. Rent is £372 a month for very spacious rooms and one smaller room available for £352. Price includes wifi, bills excluded. We've loved living in the house for the past year, hence why we don't want to leave!!Please reply if you're interested :smile:
