magnification and microscopy
Hi,
Could someone clarify if the following is true, I get so confused between these, so i've made the folling statements:
1) increase in mag. = increase in numerical aperture
2) increase in numerical apperture= decrease in resolution
3) decrease in resol=large wavelength
4) increase in magn = decrease in depth of field
