To approach a civil law essay question in contrast to a criminal law essay question

I'm studying Law in AS (Edexcel), but I basically have no idea how to approach the question and I'm the only student in class, so I have no way to compare my work with someone else's, and my teacher isn't great at guiding me in answering questions. She seems to expect something different from me every time and isn't clear as to what she's looking for.

All the questions are 25 mark questions, but I don't know how to structure them or what their length should be, especially in civil law questions. I'm doing Section D and E in Paper 2.

It would be awesome if someone can send me a couple of their answers in paper 1 and 2 so I can compare them with mine or tell me how to approach the planning part (possibly in bullet points?).

Thanks! ^_^
