TSR VIP club: getting answers to unanswered threads

It looks more like green to me!

Having just done a quick sweep of the unanswered threads, it seems that part of the problem is because some people just dump threads in Advice on Everyday Issues instead of posting them in the appropriate forum.

And Student Finance hardly answer any threads in their special forum.

1. I think answers in the Study help should be worth more than in the chat.

2. It doesn't solve the main problem that many people who ask for advice don't answer back, or say thanks, or give a rep. :colonhash:

I have stopped helping people because of that.

3. Is it possible to have eBay vouchers instead of Amazon?

Out of interest, why are only threads more than two hours old counted? Why is the emphasis not on helping people as soon as possible?

The tricky thing as well is that the rep has to be from the OP, I get loads for the first reply but it's hardly ever from the OP :emo:

I agree, shouldn't anything in the 'unanswered threads' forum count? If not, then what's the point in putting those there before 2 hours have elapsed?
