Having just done a quick sweep of the unanswered threads, it seems that part of the problem is because some people just dump threads in Advice on Everyday Issues instead of posting them in the appropriate forum.
And Student Finance hardly answer any threads in their special forum.
1. I think answers in the Study help should be worth more than in the chat.
2. It doesn't solve the main problem that many people who ask for advice don't answer back, or say thanks, or give a rep. I have stopped helping people because of that.
3. Is it possible to have eBay vouchers instead of Amazon?
