Volunteering in a school in Ghana.
If anyone is interested in experiencing authentic african life. I recommend this project. www.teachinghana.com. The kids are awesome and love having volunteers there. Doesn't cost the earth either as it is just a small project (just £50 per week for all meals and accommodation) and you have to fund your own flights there but you can always do some fundraising beforehand to help with that!
