Replacement Tenant Needed for Large 36.5sqm Studio at Vita Student Sheffield
Hello everyone.
I am currently in a desperate search of a replacement tenant to take over my studio as I'll be leaving my studio by the 1st week of February. To be specific, the studio available for the replacement tenant on 1 February 2016.
The tenancy is valid until 3rd September 2016 and the original rent rate was £247 per week. However, I am willing to rent it out for £160 per week or below. In other words, the RENT RATE IS NEGOTIABLE. If you're really interested to rent this room and discuss further about the rent, please contact me straight away.
Vita Student Sheffield was opened since September 2015 and the studios such as this are in high demand. This is one of the largest studios in the building and it is located on the 3rd floor.
