Commercial law agency problem questions.
A asked B to get some items. B buys unsuitable ones and A refuse to accept. B is also working as a sales agent for the third party where he got the items from.
How do I solve this problem? What are the stages?
I know it's an agency problem question with fiduciary duties but I cant figure out how to lay the problem out and solve it.
