Studying in Holland - EU Student or International Student?

I'm a British bloke that's been living abroad(outside the EU) for more than 3 years now. I'm considering doing a Masters in Holland sometime soon. In the Dutch system, would I be classed as an EU student or an International student? I know in the UK it requires for you to live within the EU for 3 years prior to beginning your studies for home fees. Does the same apply in Holland or is citizenship enough?

Cheers!
In the Netherlands your tuition fee is determined by citizenship, not residency status (as is the case in the UK). As an EU citizen you pay EU fees.
