Mocking and being racist are two very different things. I can laugh at my own race or at stereotypes, but that does not mean I hold a specific race in higher regard.
As for internalised racism, the article makes no allusion to that. She is sharing her experiences growing up in a Chinese household. She isn't saying that Chinese people are inferior to, say, Caucasians but simply comparing her personal experiences with the stereotypes held by many non-Chinese people.
Stop being so sensitive and think logically before making unfounded conclusions. Or is that not a thing in your parts?
