Unconditional offer

Hello everyone,
I have a question. I have already received my confirmed unconditional offer. But what will happen if I will fail my final exam or if grade will be worse than was expected . Can I still go on my course?

If you have an unconditional offer, it doesn't matter if you fail or do badly. You'll still be able to attend uni and do that course.

In terms of general life, though, you might find that employers will ask for certain qualifications, even if you have a degree. So to enhance your career prospects you should aim to do as well as you can.
