A-Level Reform and Cambridge Applicants

How will applicants be assessed ine 2017 since apparently "UMS" will be scrapped? Slightly confused as the Cambridge website doesn't say much. What exactly will make up the selection criteria?

There will be an announcement by the university some time in February on how they're going to change their assessment method/criteria in the wake of A-level reform.
Until then, nobody knows.

If you are referring to the other thread discussing this topic then it's not true you won't have AS-level marks (or UMS or whatever they will be called). It seems the new results sheet may not have them as *standard*, BUT you can still request them from your school / exam centre. e.g. if you are a Cambridge applicant.

As to the wider issue of how linear exams will affect 2017 cycle applicants, @vincrows has answered it
