I've just received an offer from the university of Kent and in portal next to my offer the status says outstanding. Any idea what that means about my offer?

Conditional offer which is awaiting your choice as to whether you will accept it. You have probably received information for the grades you are required to achieve before 1st September. After this date, your offer will be withdrawn.
