Start weight: 10st 4lbs (April 07)
Current weight:8st 12lbs (1st March 2008)
I want to maintain my weight but lose a bit of fat and gain some muscle.....but stay around the same weight!! I was 8st 11lbs today but that was probably because I only had a chicken salad last night which was quite a light meal. -

I started trying to lose weight on January 1st (this is probably the longest I've every kept up a New Year's resolution!). Was about 9 stone then and was down to 8 stone 7 when I weighed myself last week, so approximately a pound a week loss. Not sure how much more I want to lose, only a few pounds I think but as long as I keep my bmi in the healthy range i'm just going to judge it by how i look rather than how much I weigh.

Well I weighed myself again this morning and have put on a pound.
Now 11.11
I'm really down about it cos i've been trying really hard to lose weight with a pedometer on me every day trying to work off the calories I eat. Fair enough I did go out for dinner Saturday evening and wasn't particularly good on Sunday so i'm putting it down to that. Starting again today! Must be good!
