Taking driving test in own car?
Hi I was wondering has anyone took the driving test in their own car? If so do you need to prove insurance, or is there anything else you need to prove/show to the examiner?

I don't think so but take a look at the DSA website to make sure, it should explain everything there.

You must have a second rear view mirror for the examiner. Proof of insurance,valid mot and tax.
But i never got asked for proof on the day but offered it.

You can pick up the rear view mirror from Halfords for £5.99. It suctions on to your windshield.
