Any one doing Physics at Bristol? Bristol vs Manchester vs Glasgow.

So I have to decide which one to firm, Bristol, Manchester or Glasgow. Generally I am more leaning towards Bristol because it's closer to London, where I live currently, it's much better than Manchester and the uni buildings are really nice. However, I am worried about the course content. The course content for Manchester seems to be much more interesting, a lot more modules each year and the work load seems to be generally higher and more challenging, which is something that attracts me. What do you think of the workload at Bristol? Are the Maths courses rigorous? If you are able to, could you take more units than already allocated?
I am quite interested in the mathematical side of physics, How mathematical is Theoretical physics or Mathematics and Physics?
Generally speaking, what do you think of the course? Does it prepare you well enough to become a theoretical physicist?
