Sociology Help

I am doing higher sociology but the a level course and higher course are basically the same, so was wondering if anyone could help with what to write for these questions for my mock?

- A sociology Student wants to investigate trends in criminal activitity in their own town, evaluate one research method they could use to generate quantitive data?
- explain socio-economic inequality using marxism and functionalism
-explain the relationship between a culture and a subculture using the concepts of power and status?
