No, it is haram.
Yea I used to be pretty good - although only ever played the same group of people - so maybe I just never played anyone good.
Was obsessed with chess in my early tears. Was a Jr chess champion. Played in the World Junior Chess Championship too which I'm pretty proud of :yep:

If anybody on Tsr wants a game, I'm always willing to play and study it afterwards, help them improve. Been more focussed on poker recently but like to keep a hand in.

I haven't played it. I want to really learn chess.
I learned to play from my dad about 8 years ago. I've never beaten him to this day, but I can beat everyone else I play. Annoying!
I love playing 1 minute chess on chess.com; I also play long school-v-school chess games which give 45 minutes per player (and we actually use up all the time often)
