As its a big college, they get a lot of speakers from lots of unis and work places throughout the year.
and you can get mock interviews to help you prepare
There are a lot of medicine specific events but you have to apply for them yourself
With regards to work placements, WH has a list of hospitals, GPs etc. that previous students have applied to and their details. But you're not guaranteed that placement: you have to contact them yourself and usually provide a CV.
