Yeah, and do this twice .

A really clean mouth before bed normally means no morning breath.

Not if you go to bed drunk. Your mouth is like an open sewer in the morning.
I always have a couple of tic tacs just in case when I sleep over after a house party

I've never slept over at my boyfriends because i wouldnt know what to do about morning breath! I really want to- does anyone have and tactics? Maybe tictacs (see what i did there lol)

This is the classic whereby both partners are too busy worrying about their own problems / insecurities to notice those of their partner.
Tongue brush/ora brush.

Chewing gum when you have bad breath doesn't really work. It's like spraying deoderent over body odour. It just mixes.
I sleep with my boyfriend almost every night, and I never once worried about morning breath. It's really not a big deal, when you wake up just go and brush your teeth and jobs a good 'un. I even kiss my boyfriend when I wake up. I don't think it really matters because morning breath is common, it's nothing to be embarrassed about, it's not like your mouth smells like that all day.

You won't have bad morning breath if you brush right before you go to bed.

I'm sure you get bad breath because you haven't drank water for a long period of time
