So I leaned in close to her...

I don't know if this proves anything, but when she was writing something down, I leaned in close to her face and looked at her write. We made eye contact but she didn't move away.

I move closer to women to see how they respond. If they respond negatively I just back away and move on, but when they react positively I keep making moves...

I don't know if not moving away showed anything positive though...

Is she hot?
More importantly, are you? 😎
Suspect you are reading too much into this, she may not have even realised.

I said she looked at me when I was close to her... she knew.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

She's definitely hot to me.

I guess I'm average looking.

Do you feel like deep in your soul that she could be 'the one'?

I'm not thinking about that at the moment... I'd like to date her.

Why don't you just go for it and ask her on a date? I'm getting the feeling she would struggle to resist. 😎
Your technique seems flawless, why don't you try it again?
Try using mints first next time, might have better results.
