University of leeds, Missing grades for offer of AAA
I received AAB in my AS levels, and after applying got an offer for University of leeds international business with finance course asking for AAA.I have made this offer my firm choice. I am concerned that i will not be able to achieve an A in my Maths A2 and therefore achieve AAB overall. How lenient are Leeds on grades? Has anyone got in for lower than what they have asked? If i achieved an A* in business , therefore getting A*AB will i be accepted?
If you don't meet the offer it is entirely up to the university and they may make their decision based on how many meet their offer/if you have exceeded it a little in one subject. Depends if they're after grades or UCAS points.
Give them a call and see what they say although ultimately it comes down to results day and they can go either way.
Have you at least got an insurance that will accept if you miss?
