Primark Help

I have recently got a job at Primark and was wondering if the pay rates change for bank holidays, Christmas Eve/ Boxing day and New Years day/Eve. I am currently on £6.30 an hour as im 21

Nope, never did when I was there. I was 16 when I started on £4.10 an hour and I never got paid time and a half, double or extra for working any bank holidays. They only give more to full time staff.

Also, are you sure you are on £6.30/hr at 21? The NMW for anyone aged 21+ is £6.70 so please ensure that Primark do not accidentally have you entered in their records at the wrong age. I'm pretty sure the pay rate for anyone aged 21+ at Primark is £6.70 but I'm under 18 so not 100% sure.
