Not sure if this is the right forum, but does anyone know how much an 08712 number charge from a mobile to call? i.e like price per minute

Pretty sure they're 10p a minute flat rate

Should be whatever national rate is for your network/tariff. (Make sure you look at national, not local rate though.)
0870 and 0871 numbers are non-geographic numbers and are usually more expensive than national geographic calls. This is because the recipient of the call usually gets a cut of the call cost. It'll probably be even more from a mobile phone and won't usually be included in any free call allowance with your package. The exact price will depend on your network and tariff so take a look on their website.
