being charged £1200 for attending uni for 4 weeks

I was at Leeds for 4 weeks and only attended 5 or 6 lectures as i was going through some difficulties and was very confused at this time. I dont want to pay this but their demanding payment or they say will take legal action. What kind of legal action could they take? I literally dont have the money even if i were to pay in installments. any advice or support woud really help me, thanks

Well, you owe them the money. You can't just duck out of paying because you didn't finish the course. You'd best sort out some sort of payment plan, if it goes to court it's going to end up costing you a whole lot more and it'll likely crush your credit rating as well.

They have the right to charge you im afraid. Just because you only went for a short time, this does not matter.
