'End of Topic Tests' mean nothing!

I've gotten A*s and As on them with little revision.

What's the point of having them?

It breaks up the topics to see what you're best and worst at and it also lets the teacher see how well the class as a whole understands the topic. If they don't understand it very well, the teacher can then revisit this topic with the class to improve.

End of topic tests are useful if you revise and make notes. It means that for final exams you will have covered the subject a lot more and do better.
