AQA/A2 Chemistry:How are you feeling about it?

The exam will be next week as you all know, i thought maybe we could use this thread to discuss these units and our problems and questions....and maybe share resources and notes for synoptic and unit 5 revision...
I have a few questions and have attached revision notes for units 2 and 4
Questions: Why are silicon and aluminium chloride insoluble in water?
Why is sulphur dioxide in the gaseous state whereas sulphur trioxide is a liquid?
