Fitness Test

So, we've been exercising for a while now. Time to start looking at benchmarks to see how we improve over the coming weeks. The object is to do as many good-form of the exercise as possible. We'll do this test each month so we get confidence from how much we're progressing. Make sure you record your results!

Max amount of press ups in 1 mins

2 minute rest

Max amount of sit ups in 1 min

2 minutes rest

Max amount of burpees in 1 min

2 minutes rest

Max amount of squats in 1 min

2 minutes rest

Remember each exercise is best effort. It's important you keep to the proper timings on this one, so you can always get the same conditions.

Hey there.

For this I would need to join gym as I don't have equipment at home since I travel a lot and it would be inconvenient.

What about 100x pushups a day?

Remember to take rest days. 200 p/u every other day might suit better? Upto you!

What are you hoping to achieve with 100 reps @ 20kg? That's an endurance exercise for biceps. Not very useful.

If you're going to do endurance exercises, better sticking with compound exercises and plyometrics. Such as press ups, clap press ups, diamond press ups etc
