can i still become something in life

i messed up my igcse's because i was playing around and didn't realize the value of getting really good grades, in the end i came out with 5bs,3cs and 2ds. now i am finishing my a levels and i currently have BBC from my AS Level but i am eating myself up emotionally because i feel like i will never become successful because of what i got for my Igcses and its holding me back emotionally as i am currently doing (finishing) my a2 level. any advise at this point would seriously be appreciated
