All runners were beginner runners once. We were all crap once. When I see someone doing run/walk intervals honestly I'm just relieved I don't have to anymore!
It is not about running... Running is just an excuse or medium here. But what you want to be asking yourself is... Do you want to worry about what he.. she.. the school ..the world thinks? If you want to do something do it.
I also have that fear before but I was able to overcome them. I think that you just need to disregard what other people might think to help you moving.
I've wanted to go out running for some time now, but I'm quite embarassed... what if someone laughs? Or wonders why a teen is going out running in the first place? What if people from my school see me? What if I sweat and look ridiculous? Or if I walk for too long and people wonder why I bother?
Any advice, help or past experiences out here? Thanks in advance
I don't have the confidence to go running so I bought a £25 second hand cross trainer online and use that in my house
