I got fast tracked an offer for humanitarian engineering at Coventry and I am not sure if its completely worth it. I had applied to different courses and I was left with the worst possible one. I know this is a good opportunity but I am aiming for a career in either chemical or mechanical engineering and I'm not sure that this is 100% relevant, I'm probably not even going to apply to Coventry Uni. They won't let me request a different course because I was fast tracked and I need to pay £360 by Tuesday. So, is this particular Headstart course worth going to,despite my future being in a fairly different field? Will it still be good to put on a uni application to a chemical or mechanical engineering course?
Thanks
