I actually remembered chicken Kiev which I like ...
I must remember to ask for some as I had not had any for over a year now !

By the way ... Kiev (the present capital of Ukraine) apparently was - many centuries ago - the capital of Russia. Or Rus' - which it was then called. Therefore, the name of the state - the Kievan Rus' (the soft S).
I visited Kiev when I was a child, nice city !
