Changing from Law llb to Law llb with American Studies

so i got a bbb offer from sussex to do law which i was initially really excited for since i didn't think i would actually get it, however recently i gotten really interested in studying law with american studies (plus the year abroad is a bonus). This is something i would prefer to do at sussex but since the deadline has long past I have no idea if it would be possible to change courses?? What should I do???
