I want to go into healthcare but I'm not sure which area?? - insight appreciated :)

I'm a second year Biomedical Sciences student and I've realised I don't want to work in a lab, because I don't enjoy my lab work. I do still want to work in healthcare however and I have realised I want to work with patients.

I'm considering graduate entry medicine, although I know this is a big commitment and will take a lot of time for a family/hobbies off my hands. To be honest the thought of studying for the rest of my life doesn't appeal to me at this moment in time either.

I'm also considering diagnostic/therapeutic radiography, so if anyone is on this course and could tell me about pros/cons/patient-contact-aspect that would be great

I think being a paramedic would be really great but they don't get paid anywhere near enough so I've ruled that out

I don't think I'd like to be a physio or O.T.

Any insights?
Have you looked into the healthcare sciences, like audiology, sleep and respiratory and cardiology?
