Meh, I have no preference since I'm applying to neither but out of the places I will be applying I would say either UCL or Imperial.

If Cambridge did a joint Economics and History course I would love to go there. Oxford do History and Economics so that's a close second, but I'd prefer Cambridge.

Much rather go to University of Melbourne, Canberra's a pretty dull place by all accounts. Melbourne is an incredible city and looks a great university - I would definitely want to go there, but Australia isn't exactly full of early medieval archaeology
