Medical receptionist?
I start my new full time job as a receptionist in an A&E department next week.
Has anybody had experience in this role similar before? Did you enjoy it? Is there a way I can progress job roles within the NHS starting as a receptionist? Apart from booking in patients what kind of other roles would I be expected to do?
So many questions, I'm just very nervous to start and would like to know your experience.
