Please please can someone explain how Francovich, national procedural autonomy and judicial review all fit together in EU law?! The lecturer maintains that it should all be 'coming together'... Well I'm at a loss. I understand the concepts sort of (not JR), however, I'm struggling to see how they all fit together?
