Technically central village, but it's always oversubscribed, so don't pin your hopes on getting that.

Generally from my experience of halls is it's less the halls your in, but the people you're friends with in those halls. Every accommodation has those flats that host 'pre drinks'. But to be honest 'house parties' don't really seem to be a thing in uni halls, mainly because in the contract there are times you have to keep the noise down after, so most people pre drink, then go out clubbing anyway, so it doesn't really matter where you are. I guess campus universities tend to be more 'lively' simply as they are based where everything is going on.
