Submitted assignment late i'm going to have a heart attack!!!

Today was the deadline for a piece of coursework which needed to be handed in through a hard copy and an electronic copy. I handed in the hard copy 2 hours early, and I submitted the electronic copy just after. However, I just looked half an hour ago and nearly had a heart attack, it said that no file was uploaded when I'm 100% sure that I did upload it. I uploded the electroninc copy about half an hour ago......with it being 1 hour 20 mins late....I have also emailed my lecturer explaining the situation.....I am so worried, will it still be marked?

My university caps late submissions at a third I think. I doubt they will care about your excuses to be very honest as they are really strict on these things. You should have double checked.
