Converting Absorbance readings to nmol p-nitrophenol/ml
I got my absorbance readings at a wavelength of 405 and then calculated my concentration. On step 2 it is asking me to convert my absorbance readings to nmol p-nitrophenol/ml and i simply have no clue how to do it.
