Speaking and listening assessment

Got the English GCSE speaking and listening assessment in 2 weeks, we have next week in class for preparation, any advice on how to remain formal/cue cards? I'm getting quite nervous.
Practising beforehand would be your best shot.
I wrote a few words on some cue cards as prompts just in case I went off topic or forgot what I was saying.

Would writing it out what I want to say first help and then try to condense that onto a cue card?
