about my student finanse and myy course.Help pls

I'm just filling my form and I have no idea what to write on section 4.
They asking for details of my first choice uni
If i give it now and the things change later,can i update my info.I'm an EU student and I'm going to send my documents by post.So if this is okay,how I'm going to update my info later,please someone to tell me cuz I'm paniking with no reason(it's my first year).

If you need to change it you should be able by phoning sfe up.
