University / College statements regarding EU students

Has the university or any of the colleges made any statements regarding the status of EU students should Britain choose to leave the EU? In particular I'm concerned with the following questions:

1) Will tuition fees remain as they are for incoming EU students
2) Will old students in the university be able to complete their studies under the old tuition fee rules even if the rules change for incoming students (i.e. are old students "grandfathered" in)
3) Will Student Finance England continue to provide loans for EU students

I realize that this is a difficult question for which very little certain information exists. Any opinions by well-informed people familiar with the English legal system are welcome.

No.

Leaving the EU will take some time (if that's what the referendum decides) and nobody knows how it will play out.

The likelihood is currently attending students when the Brexit occurs (not when the vote is taken) will stay on their current fee basis. So it's some years away...
