what to wear for interview

Hi, so I have an interview for a debt management company, wondering what to wear to the interview? do I go full smart e.g. suit, or just a bit more relaxed with a shirt and trousers/dark black jeans?

For a debt company I would go full smart. If it were somewhere like a retail shop then I would go a bit more relaxed.

Always full smart for any interview, unless it's one you're demonstrating something physical. First impressions mean a great deal.
