University of York - Accommodation Payment
So there's a £300 online payment to be made in advance after confirming your accommodation and I'm just wondering is this before or after we receive a student finance payment?😊
Hiya,
The advanced payment is paid when you accept your room offer (recieved via email). This is likely to be in the week after A Level results day. The £300 comes off of your first termly instalment which you pay on the 31 October. Your student loan will usually come in to you at the end of September so you will not have had this when you need to pay the advanced payment.
