Edinburgh, City: Cass, Warwick for MSc Finance

Hey guys, I know you are tired of these kinds of questions of comparing three decent b-schools but please bear with me.

I got accepted to:
City: Cass - MSc Finance
Edinburgh - MSc Finance and Investment
Warwick - MSc Business (Financial Management)
And several other b-schools in UK I am not considering... (got rejected by Imperial, dont think I stand a chance to go for LSE or Oxbridge)

So, I think purely on quality and reputation, Warwick edges out both Cass and Edin, the thing is, I got offer from the Financial Management programme, not the MSc Finance, which is new. And I'm not sure about the Financial Management programme. Absolutely no record and the course structure itself is not very intriguing, although the WBS name does sound nice.

Cass got mixed reviews online, some raved about them, some dont give them second glances. Cass parent uni is a problem, although City joining UoL is a great news reputation-wise. Being in London however is definitely alluring. Course structure is good and all Cass' alumni from Indonesia I contacted had good words to say about Cass.

Edinburgh has a nice set of course structure, Edinburgh as a city is beautiful but other than that nothing really set them apart.

My plan after graduation is to look for finance job within UK (being a non-EU student it'll be extremely difficult but I'm not one to give up before trying), or Singapore and Indonesia (hometown) as plan B.

Please enlighten me as to which of these universities I should strongly consider...

Specifically:
How about the academia at Cass and Edinburgh? Their credential?
What kind of companies go to networking/career events at these universities?

Alumni/current students insights are greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for your help!

Kind regards,
PA

I have the same situation as you, got offer from

Msc Finance, Warwick
Msc Finance and Investment, Edinburgh
Msc Investment management, Cass

I am a student form Myanmar, so far I am leaned toward Warwick.

Edinburgh got a stronger presence than Warwick in my area

Cass joining UOL is pretty attractive and located in London.

Is quite a hard choice but I think I am going with Warwick,

do let me know what you choose

Hey Alpha, congratulation on those offers!

I was really on the fence between Warwick and Cass but after much consideration I opt to go to Cass. Warwick B-School is ranked above both Cass and Edinburgh, but the course which I was offered to is new and it exudes too much uncertainties and risks. Cass MSc Finance is an established and pretty reputable course in the City and the location is great. I would however choose Warwick over Cass if I was offered the MSc Finance course instead the one I have now.

If you dont mind, what kind of work experience/internship do you have?
